はじめまして。サイト管理人の吉本と申します。当サイトは、介護士や介護福祉士、ケアマネ、社会福祉士などの介護職者の転職をサポートするためのサイトです。私で３代目の管理者になります。
サイト内には、歴代の管理者やサポーターの転職体験「管理人の転職体験記」や、その時学んだことなどを書いています。
２代目から引き継ぎ現在の医療・介護の現場について大変な面とやはり楽しくやりがいがある面の両方を発信していけたらと思います。
またこのサイトは私以外に複数人の現役医療職のライターがいます。
実際の職場環境の内容を踏まえ発信していけたらと思っております。

私は介護福祉士の免許を取得して、転職を経験しました。
転職したきっかけは、妻の妊娠でしたが、その中で共通して感じたことは、「転職活動はとても大変」だということです。
そのため、介護職の皆さまができる限りスムーズに良い転職が行えるように、転職に関する情報サイトとしてこのサイトを作成しました。このサイトの情報を最大限活用し、ぜひ良い転職先を見つけていただければと思います。
